Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 3 days of receiving it, in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Refund
Email us at waqat143@gmail.com to request a refund. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and further instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or refunds for sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom/personalized items, or hazardous materials.
European Union Customers
EU customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, with or without a reason, as long as the item remains unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Processing Refunds
