Yes! All our watches are 100% original and quality-checked before shipping. We don't deal in copies — only trusted quality.
Can I return or exchange if I don’t like?

Absolutely! You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do I need to pay in advance?

Nope — just pay Rs.300 delivery charges first, and the rest is Cash on Delivery (COD) when you receive the watch.
Do your watches come with warranty?

Yes, we offer up to 1-year service warranty for selected models. Warranty info is provided with each product.
Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp.
Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, we offer premium gift packaging. You can request it during checkout or contact us after placing your order.
Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. However, international delivery options may be introduced soon.
What if I receive a damaged product?
